POP Remix is teaching POP Pilates® choreography to top hits or songs of your choice. In POP Remix, you must use the exact moves from the original song choreography and remix it into your new song choices.

This course will teach you all the foundations and intricacies of teaching a POP Remix class. Upon completion and passing your evaluation, you will become a POP Remix Instructor.

This course is ONLY for certified POP Pilates® Instructors.
