Jackelyn Ho
Los Angeles, CA

Jackelyn Ho is your POP Pilates Fitness Director. She is an international fitness professional, digital marketer, and writer. She has been teaching fitness and yoga classes for 12 years and loves nothing more than connecting with her students in a sweaty class. Her certifications include AFAA and ERYT-200, along with experience teaching several other formats. As the founder of Sweat Experience, she continues her mission of sharing wellness with all by bringing fitness experiences to events and workplaces. She's proud to have shared her passion for movement with partners like Nike, Toyota, Jamba Juice, and many more.

Hue Ta
Orange County, CA

Hue has over 10 years of practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults, and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. She believes that knowledge is power and received her group fitness instructor certification through AFAA and ACE and is currently certified to teach POP Pilates, R.I.P.P.E.D., Jillian Michaels BodyShred, and Schwinn Indoor Cycling. Although, she still works full-time at the clinic, Hue makes it her priority to spread the POP Pilates love as an avid instructor. Hue is a true POP Pilates enthusiast at heart and is excited to be able to help others hone their passion into a career.

Maria Jean Harrington
Portland, OR

Maria is a POP Pilates Master Trainer who has been teaching group fitness classes since 2009. As a former group fitness director, she’s implemented new fitness programs and has developed instructors in many different formats. Her diverse fitness background and frequent engagement in continuing education allows her to tailor each class to her students. Maria’s passion is working with instructors to help them lead classes with students leaving strong, uplifted, and inspired!

Kim Stevenson
League City, TX

Kim Stevenson has been a group fitness instructor since 2016.  She has a background in dance and received awards for both performance and choreography in competition.  She left dance behind to pursue a BS in Elementary Education, where she spent many years teaching and writing curriculum for CCISD.  After leaving the classroom, she renewed her love of movement and POP Pilates was her first fitness certification. She has a passion for learning and growth which lead her to become an instructor for several other fitness formats.  She is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and was one of the first instructors to earn the Advanced Instructor Certification from POP Pilates.  She has worked hard to help grow the Houston POP Army by bringing the format to new gyms and leading POP Freedom of Choice Parties. She strives to bring energy and joy to each and every class she teaches.  Recently she became a Master Trainer where her love of POP Pilates and her love of teaching meet perfectly.  When she is not leading group fitness classes, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Preferably at the beach!

Samantha Thomas
League City, TX

Samantha Thomas has been a fitness professional teaching group exercise classes since 2011, with a background in competitive dance and choreography. She has been certified in a wide variety fitness formats and loves continuing her education as much as possible. Samantha is also an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has been a part of the POPArmy since May 2014. She was one of the very first POP Pilates instructors in Houston, training on POP 1, and has brought POP to many gyms and studios in her area. She was also one of the first Advanced Instructors for POP Pilates and recently became a Master Trainer. Samantha's passion is teaching high energy classes and sharing her love of all things POP Pilates. When she's not at the gym or studio, she's spending time with her beautiful daughters and supportive husband.

Jessica McHugh
Morgantown, West Virginia

Jessica McHugh is a wife, mother and studio owner from Morgantown, WV. She started her fitness journey by watching Blogilates on Youtube and became certified to instruct POP Pilates in 2017. After falling in love with instructing, she and her husband decided to take a leap of faith and open up their own fitness studio in April of 2018, Soar Fitness Studio. The studio focuses on POP Pilates, Bungee Fitness and Aerial Yoga and Conditioning. She holds her Certified Personal Training certificate through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and is a certified Antigravity Instructor. In 2019 she was nominated and named the first ever POP Pilates Instructor of the Year. In February of 2020 she was nominated and named Best Personal Trainer in her city. She believes that her calling is to motivate and inspire others with one simple philosophy; self love through movement.

Jaimee Johnson
Durham, North Carolina

Jaimee first heard about Pilates from her high school Drama teacher. She was immediately intrigued by the use of controlled movement and breathing to sculpt the entire body. With a deep distaste for cardio, this sounded like the perfect workout for her. She tried her first Pilates class during her freshman year at Savannah College of Art and Design and immediately fell in love. It was effective and it was a total mind and body experience. She found that she was drawn to the instructors who incorporated music into their workouts and after graduating in 2013, she found Blogilates and POP Pilates. Jaimee loved how POP Pilates mixed the fundamentals of Pilates with the fun energy of music and rhythm. This was exactly what she had been looking for! Pop Pilates changed her entire outlook on fitness. Workouts became fun and fitness became a lifestyle. She even developed a working relationship with cardio! Jaimee knew that she had to share the POP Pilates format, so she decided to become a certified member of the POP Army and currently teaches around the NC Triangle. She also teaches PIIT28, Barre, Mat Pilates, Cycle and Yoga.
